Sweegen breaks new ground in sugar reduction in Brazzein.

Brazzein is 500–2,000 times sweeter than sugar and contains no calories, making it an ideal substitute for sugar, artificial sweeteners, and older generation natural sweeteners such as stevia rebaudioside A.
Brazzein is a protein sweetener that promises little to no bitter aftertaste and contributes to reducing sweet linger, hence addressing the taste difficulties that have historically plagued the natural sweetener industry. Brazzein is an excellent sugar substitute in various food and beverage applications.
